Introduction to Don't Get Comfortable

Alright, well I'm new to this whole blogging thing but I figured it wouldn't hurt to start off with an introduction to myself and my blog. Well I decided to start a blog several months back when I was going through some trials in my life and I found writing to be the best source of relief for me. This past year in particular has been full of lessons and instead of keeping them to myself I figured I should share them with others who could learn from them. The title of this blog comes from the fact that getting comfortable in life is not what we are called to do as Christians. We are called to serve Jesus with everything we are and thats going to require going out of our comfort zones. Many times in life are we going to be called to do something thats unpleasant so we need to learn to trust that God will get us through it. God is going to help us adjust and in the end we will be stronger, closer to and more reliant on Him, and its gonna be all for His kingdom. Each post will be entitled "Lesson #__ : Topic". I hope and pray each "lesson" I post helps you in this process of living your life sold out for Christ and His eternal kingdom.I hope to post every Wednesday. I will also occasionally have some friends help me out with posts. I am also going to have random posts here and there that won't have to do with the theme but I feel are worth sharing.
